Sponsors Entry - Terms and Conditions

In gratitude for the services rendered to us by our sponsors we extend to them
a limited number of free entry passes to be used my their employee's. In
addition to this we also extend an unlimited number of discounted entrys to
employees and family, both are limited by the normal Terms and Conditions as
well as the following additional terms. These additional terms are meant to be
general and should be recieved in the same spirit that they are extended. If
problems occur regarding them, we will clarify them or discontinue this offer.

1.0 CONDITIONS OF FREE ENTRY TO A LIMITED NUMBER OF SPONSORS EMPLOYEES

BONG (Brotherhood of Network Gamers) extends to its sponsors employees a
limited number of entrys to its events at no admission cost. This admission
will be refered to as a 'pass'. BONG will inform each sponsor of the number of
pass's they have for each event.
The purpose of these pass's is in increase representation and participation of
our sponsors at events as well as to show our gratitude for them.
Therefore these pass' may only be used by current
employees of the sponsoring organisation. This includes full-time, part-time,
casual and contracting staff. This does not include sub-contractors or
employees of subsiduaries. Or if the sponsor is a subsiduary, this does not
include the employees of the owning organisation. These persons do not
deduct from the the attendance limit for the LAN and need not register
for the event. However your attendance must be confirmed by BONG staff.

1.1 Modified terms and conditions

In addition to the Terms and Conditions of entry to all participants. By
entering using a pass, you are subject to the ammendments in this
document.

1.2 Limitation of Prizes and Tournaments

You are not eligable for any prizes. That includes door prizes, raffles and
competitions. Also you may not participate in any tournaments or be part of a
team competing in any public tournament. You may compete in any inter-sponsor
features we may organise.

1.3 Behaviour

As a representative of a sponsor you also become a represenative of BONG. You
should strive to behave in a fitting profesional manner. However you should
refer all support, feedback etc to BONG staff.

1.4 Entry and Participation

You are free to participate in all facets of the event excluding tournaments
and prize given as already covered. Your free entry pass only covers the entry
fee. Food, Drinks and other items must be paid for by you, this includes any
costs you may incur to us. You are therefore liable for all damages and costs
you incur in the same way all other participants are, you just dont have to pay
to get in.

2.0 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR SPONSORS FAMILY

The following are conditions for discounted entry to the employees of
sponsors and their family. The discount may vary so please be sure to
contact us prior to the event. Discounted entry is extend as defined
here after. Discounts may be rejected as a result of demand for places
at an event or due to excessive discount claims.

2.1 Persons entitled to staff & family discounted entry.

Discounted entry will be granted to employees of sponsoring
organisations and their family at the sole discression of BONG
organising staff. To recieve this discount persons must attend with the
person to whom they are claiming relationship. Persons entitled include
all employees of sponsoring organisations, not including employees of
an owning organisation and employees of subsiduaries. We also extend the
discount to immediate family of these employees. Immediate family is
losely defined as children and step children, parents, parents in law
and step parents, grandparents, grandchildren and step grandchildren,
siblings (full, half or step), spouses and close cousins. We are happy
to be flexible with the definition of family as long as it is kept in
the spirit of extending the event to employees relatives. All persons
must be registered for the event as with all other attendees, and the
relative who is the employee must contact BONG staff at least one week
prior to the event informing of those who are claiming the discount
because of them and their relationships. These will then be subject to
approval. These registered positions count from the total attendance of
the event and may be rejected as a result of demand for places at the
event.

Persons registered as dicounted my fourfeit their discount and pay full price to avoid being dropped etc. This option is extended prior to being dropped or you may voluntarily opt out to get into the event faster.

2.2 Limitation of prizes and tournaments.

Persons entering at a discount are entitled to participate fully in all
tournaments and prize draws.

2.3 Payment

Payment is expected in full as per all other attendees. When signing in
on the day all those claiming the discount with their relative should
enter together or the discount will not be given for non-employees. Discounted entries may be asked to 'give way' in the entry queue for full paying persons.
