More on hosting

Okay, in an effort to streamline the hosting process, I've refined things a bit.

If you want to request hosting, send an email to hosting-request@bong.com.au Try to use a sensible subject line, and include your desired host name. So, if you are after myclan.bong.com.au, a subject along the lines of "Hosting Request (myclan.bong.com.au)" would be a good one. Direct any and all hosting request correspondance to hosting-request@bong.com.au, and keep the subject line intact.

If you are after support, eg. lost password, can't login, etc, etc, mail to hosting-support@bong.com.au, again, make the subject line sane (Use the same guidelines as requests) and please include your login details in the email (login, username, alias, email).

If you just want to drop us an email to tell us how much we rock, that can be done via staff@bong.com.au, and you can also send us gifts ;)
