Perl Updates on Kusanagi

this wont effect many people, but its worth mentioning that i let CPAN go hard last night (on kusanagi - which is this server aka www or 'the web server'). so it went through and updated all the perl libraries and stuff. i also install embperl which is a mod_perl handler which allows you to embed perl in your html. so kinda like php but actually perl.

(i plan to use embperl for http://dean.bong.com.au, granted http://www.bong.com.au uses php but we arent doing anything fancy. just grabbing rows from mysql)

anyway contact me with problems.

ps. i also made some minor tweaks to the set up of mod_gzip. dont think it will effect anything except to speed things up.
