Most likely everyone has facebook. Its kind of like the WoW of social engineering i mean social networking websites. The major advantage over WoW is that its free, but unfortunately you can get a mount - of can you?

Since the definition of 'friend' on facebook is almost as bad as on myspace (where friend is even less of a social association than with the guy who asked you for the time the other day), which is great for fragfest because if you join the facebook AugustLAN event it will pop up on lots of random peoples facebook pages. Better yet you can in just a few clicks, spam all of them with invites. Similarly they can then spam their 'friends' and their 'friends' so forth. Its an infectious pyramid scheme of spreading the word of fragfest lanparties.
