oh gnoes! date clash!

Unfortunately Sydney Gamers League has organised an event on the same date as JulyLAN. We regret that some attendees may have to choose between the two events in Sydney. Our event date will not be changed. We expect no drop in attendance for the JulyLAN event.

I have emailed the organisers expressing my disappointment at the clash, given that JulyLAN's date was announced more than 12 months ago. Alas, their response was simply that the date was the only one available. We hope that this can be avoided as much as possible in the future.
FWIW, Our event dates are posted on the front page of the bong site, and i am about to announce dates for 2007.
